HACCP or Hazards Analysis Critical Control Points is a globally recognised method for achieving food hygiene, food safety and diminishing risks to all concerned in the process of manufacturing and consuming food products.3

If you have an establishment that manufactures, prepares or serves food then it is strongly recommended that all staff are HACCP trained so that they can identify risks and work to reduce issues like cross contamination. HACCP training meets EU regulations.

Individual:                             £115 + £25 exam fee plus VAT.

Group of up to 20 people:     £595 + £25 exam fee (exam fee is per person) plus VAT.

In an age where a legal action culture seems to be developing it’s imperative to take all necessary measures to protect staff, management, the business and of course, your customers.

Ignorance is not a good defence and so HACCP training shouldn’t be ignored or postponed.
